Erika Ford

Erika is a faculty field instructor and Deputy Director at Family Connections Baltimore. Her inspiration comes from her family as she seeks to honor the legacy of those who came before while guiding her “littles” as they discover who they are. Erika loves food and believes in the power of sharing a meal as a means of connection and healing.
