Shakira Hopper

Shakira Hopper, born and raised in Baltimore, began her higher education at Thee Illustrious Morgan State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology and also joined the best sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. In 2017 Shakira obtained her Master of Arts in Criminal Justice Administration from Clark Atlanta University where she lived for 5 years. In her spare time Shakira enjoys joking with her husband, shopping, booking flights and sharing new experiences with her children.
